ชื่อสินค้า : ผงฟลักซ์เชื่อม Kevlar fibres for resilience. Very thick coatings
ยี่ห้อ : Castolin Eutectic
รุ่น : MeCaTeC® A5
The new MeCaTeC® range of advanced polymer surfacing formulations from Castolin Eutectic provides fast practical solutions to a wide variety of industrial maintenance and repair problems caused by premature wear of critical parts used in manufacturing machinery and equipment.
MeCaTeC® is ideal for anti-wear coating and repair of:
- Difficult-to-weld metals e.g. Ni-Hard castings
- Parts having an intricate shape or form
- Thin section components
The cold applied, self hardening MeCaTeC® range is one of several surface engineering technologies available from Castolin Eutectic specifically designed for maintenance and repair applications thus extending the service life of vital components, minimising production downtime and increasing industrial productivity.
What is MeCaTeC®?
MeCaTeC® is a synthetic, three dimensionally cross-linked, thermosetting polymer, reinforced with advanced composite compounds.
MeCaTeC® produces strong, adhesive bonding to most base material substrates through physicochemical surface reactions.
MeCaTeC® A5 is specially formulated to protect working surfaces against wear in severe erosion and abrasion environments. The tough, composite matrix is reinforced with ultra resilient Kevlar fibres and a dense dispersion of hard, wear resistant ceramic phases.
Multiple layers (0.5 mm thickness each) may be built up as needed. Alternatively, when thick final coatings are needed, MeCaTeC® 102P or A5 / A5HT may be used first before applying a final brush coat of MeCaTeC® 103F.
MeCaTeC® A5 and A5HT are ideal for rebuilding, protecting and repairing damaged machine parts such as:
- Pipe elbows, chutes for clinker, cement, sand
- Ash handling pipes and valves
- Sand pumping equipment
- Coal pulverizers and exhausters
- Pump housings, impellors, lining
- Slurry pumps
- Screw conveyors
If the application requires a very smooth surface finish, a final, thin brush coat of MeCaTeC® 103F may be applied.
